Context capture + AI workflow intelligence

Cosmo

The context layer between employees and AI.

Cosmo interviews employees to turn incomplete requests into structured, tool-ready briefs, then preserves the context and prompting patterns that help organizations understand adoption and build what comes next.

Cosmo

The opportunity

The context layer between employees and AI.

Most AI interfaces begin answering before the employee has surfaced the audience, sources, constraints, success criteria, or intended deliverable. Cosmo runs that briefing conversation first, assembles a complete assignment, optimizes it for the selected AI tool, and preserves the prompt and captured context so approved material can become reusable organizational knowledge.

Sam's scope

Product creator · Architect · Builder

Sam conceived and built Cosmo as both an employee-facing product and an organizational intelligence system, spanning the context interview, prompt scoring, tool routing, shared libraries, workflow layer, executive analytics, and MCP extension.

What Cosmo actually does

It doesn't just improve a prompt. It interviews the work.

Most AI interfaces start answering before the employee has surfaced the context a capable teammate would ask for. Cosmo creates that missing briefing layer first—so the model receives a complete assignment instead of an incomplete sentence. Cosmo briefs AI the way a strong manager briefs an employee: through questions, source material, constraints, and a clear definition of done.

  1. 01

    Interview the work

Start with rough intent, then ask for the goal, audience, sources, constraints, and definition of done.

  2. 02

    Build the brief

Turn those answers into a structured assignment with the persona, context, task, sources, and output clearly defined.

  3. 03

    Brief the right AI

Optimize the assignment for the model the employee is using, then preserve the context for the next turn.

  4. 04

    Learn from the pattern

Preserve the context and prompt so repeated work can become a shared workflow, internal tool, or agent opportunity.

MCP delivery layer

One briefing layer, inside the tools people already use.

Cosmo's guided builder is available through MCP in compatible clients. A completed brief can then be optimized for the selected AI tool instead of forcing the employee to translate the work again.

Organizational learning

The work becomes a data set the organization never had.

The captured context, completed briefs, tool choices, and usage patterns become reusable assets. Leaders can see how AI is being applied, where capability is developing, and which recurring jobs deserve to become shared infrastructure.

For employees
A briefing process designed to reduce avoidable back-and-forth and repeated context-setting.
For teams
A shared prompt library with the context behind the work.
For leaders
Evidence for adoption and the next workflow, tool, or agent.

The executive view

From individual context to organizational intelligence.

The dashboard shows where AI capability is developing, what employees are trying to accomplish, and which patterns may justify the next workflow or product.
